Recipe for four pieces

Flour – 250 g
Flour for the starter – 100 g
Flour – for dusting
Water – 80 g
Sugar – 70 g
Butter – 60 g
Egg – 1 pc.
Egg white – 1 pc.
Dry yeast – 1 tsp.
or
Fresh yeast – 10 g
Salt – a pinch

🌻For the filling:
Flour – 200-250 g
Powdered sugar – 100 g
Melted butter – 120 g
Vanilla powder – a pinch

🌻
Egg yolk – 1 pc.
Butter – for greasing the baking dish
